Last week I used my free personal training session in the gym and got even more excited about doing this on a regular basis. 4 days after the session I'm feeling all the muscles I told him I wanted to feel. And this after going to gym 3 times a week for a month.
So overexcited me got the price list and started to think how to off-set extra 380 sterling a month (2 sessions weekly). A pair of very decent shoes. Or a good clutch. Not that I buy a pair of shoes every month or can't afford it but it is a luxury for sure in my case and inner business case must be put together).
So resolution 1 for this month - no spontanious online and offline cosmetics/skincare buys - no candles, body creams, hair masks etc. (Ok,ladies, except for one - any advice of firming oil/cream for my precious butt and thights???).
Resolution 2 - no croissants in the morning from Pret but prepared breakfast from home - saves £15 a week and a couple of kilos targeting my butt.
Resolution 3: get a permanent job (yeah) and finally open a bank account in the UK to store my honestly earned savings from the last 5 months (remember my August post about savings?)
I don't thinks saving 100 a month on cosmetics and croissants would justify spending 380 on personal training in a real business case but I'm sooo excited! Plus first two sessions come with 40% discount:) and maybe I'll manage to drag sugarshrek to train in pair - money saved and gossip shared.
Anyways, what is ur experience/opinion on personal training? Money wasted? Best investment ever? Any tips?
