Fine Dining in London.

[White Wines Selection by Bottles]
White Wines
57 Muscat grand cru Saering, Dirler, Alsace, France 2008 65.00
A finely sculpted wine from old vines Muscat Ottonel and Muscat d‟Alsace. A fresh bouquet
of verveine, bush roses, pear and a hint of spice on the nose. The palete is dry, bright and medium
bodied with a fine saline note on the finish.
681 Grauer Burgunder„Jaspis‟, Alte Reben, H.P. Ziereiesen, Baden, Germany 2008 90.00
Enjoy a German Pinot Gris a la bourguignon with aromas of quince, apricot and flint stone.
On the palate we find racy acidity and a dense and silky texture from its time in German barriques.
916 Sadie Family „Palladius‟, Swartland, South Africa 2008 119.00
Eben Sadie established his winery in 1999 with a budget of 9000 Rand (£700) and 14 wine
barrels. His hard work produced one of the most elegant and intense white wines of South African
yet tasted. If you love wine with perfume, weight and freshness, try this.
107 Blanc Fumé de Pouilly „Pur Sang‟, Didier Dagueneau, Loire, France 2006 225.00
Pur Sang means  in English “Thoroughbred” and  it  is a rather hedonistic Sauvignon.  The
wine is barrel fermented, not to add oaky aromas but to supply structure for its complexity. We
find great acidity, lemon cest, white flowers, mineral flavours and a very clean and long finish

4 courses £100
Tasting Menu - 7 courses £120
